 About Poppy Red Naturals
Having suffered for many years with skin that reacted badly to most skincare products found on the High Street, I decided out of desperation to look into natural and organic products, and find out what ingredients were used in our everyday skincare products. I didn't want to use all the so called "nasties" on my skin which included, artificial colours, sls, Parabens, and animal by-products to name but a few. Having found that natural ingredients worked better for my skin and my children's skin, I decided to find products that would be suitable for everyone else like us. With help from family and friends the demand for our products has gradually grown, hence the launch of our online shop. This was the beginning of Poppy Red Naturals...

Organic, Natural & Handmade
Our skincare products are a combination of organic, natural and handmade. Simply follow the easy to use guides to help find the best product for you.
Quality Ingredients
We carefully choose and source the best quality ingredients and use organic where available. Our products do not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphates, Parabens, Petrochemicals, Lanolin, Colours & Artificial perfumes which can be harmful to the skin. We do not see a need to use nasty chemicals on our body which is detrimental to our well being and our environment.
Vegetarian and Vegan
Poppy Red Naturals never sell products that use animal derived ingredients, and some products sold are suitable for vegans too. (Just follow the easy to use symbols)
Testing
We are totally against animal testing and none of our products have been tested on animals. However, we're not against using them on our team! All the products on sale have been used by someone here at Poppy Red Naturals to check the quality, smell and durability of the goods. Basically here at Poppy Red Naturals if we recommend a product to family and friends we stock it, if we wouldn't recommend it then we don't.
The Environment
At Poppy Red Naturals we are concerned about the environment, and adopt policies that minimize the impact of our business upon the world around us. As far as possible we recycle the packaging that we receive from our suppliers when sending out our parcels. Sometimes you'll receive your goods in a cardboard box that is being reused. All packaging that cannot be reused is recycled. Additionally, all the Poppy Red Naturals branded products are packaged in glass/aluminium which can be reused at home and easily recycled. We are committed to effectively managing energy consumption, reducing waste, recycling and buying from ethical companies as much as possible. We also within the office recycle and reuse everything we can. We try to do the majority of our paperwork electronically where possible to reduce the amount of paper used.

Damaged & Faulty Goods
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within two days of receipt of goods to arrange an exchange or refund. The goods should be promptly returned to us including the original invoice and packaging. Upon receipt of the goods we will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our address (Poppy Red Naturals, Poppy Red House, Storrs Hill Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF5 0DA). We strongly recommend that returns are sent securely wrapped and are sent by "Insured registered delivery" and the original proof of posting is kept.
Cancellation of Order
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within fourteen days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused together with the return form supplied with the delivery. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used products. If they are unopened and unused and you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage for cancelled or returned orders other than for damaged or faulty goods. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

If your product is lost in transit, please contact us by phone or email.

Personalised Gifts
We offer a bespoke individual gift packaging service. Let us know what you would like by completing the online questionnaire or email your request to info@prnaturals.co.uk. If we can do what you want, we'll confirm the price, then simply leave it with us and we'll do the rest. We can also gift wrap any product from the Poppy Red Naturals range, to include a personalised gift tag and deliver it to an address of your choice FREE of charge.
